Frequently Asked Questions

Q1. Do I need to sign in to use CogCast?

No. You can use CogCast without signing in. If you sign in, selected account-linked data, such as subscription status, survey responses, and forecast feedback, may sync to Firebase for your account. This is not iCloud sync.

Q2. Does CogCast share my health data with anyone?

HealthKit and Calendar source data are processed on-device. If you enable AI analysis, de-identified numerical health data and calendar aggregates are sent to Google Cloud Vertex AI to generate insights. Event titles, notes, locations, and attendee names are not sent. See the Privacy Policy for details.
